INCOMPETENCE AGAIN

NOTHING NEW. SAME INCOMPETENCE.
♦️I have repeatedly told y'all this before.....
"INCOMPETENCE" is the legal threshold outlined in Maryland Election law to have someone removed.
See Maryland Code, Election Law § 2-101(v)
"be subject to removal by the Governor for incompetence, misconduct, or other good cause, upon written charges filed by the Governor with the State Board and after having been afforded notice and ample opportunity to be heard."
"ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WBFF) — The Maryland State Board of Elections (SBE) in coordination with the Baltimore City Board of Elections issues the following update on the vote discrepancy from election night reporting to the verification reporting.
According to the SBE, the source of the vote discrepancy has been identified. In total, 584 more ballots were reported on election night affecting 10 precincts. The affected precincts were 21-01, 21-02, 21-04, 23-03, 24-04, 16-13, 22-01, 22-02, 23-01, and 25-04. The vote discrepancy occurred due to (1) not uploading election results from 3 ballot scanners and (2) duplicating uploaded election night results from 5 precincts.
👉🏾While the cause has been determined, SBE remains committed to continuing our post-election audit procedures prior to certification to ensure accuracy and verified accurate counts." 🤣 🤣🤣🤣🤣
