Letters to Governor Hogan

Armstead Jones,
"Surveys" Problem Election Judges--
But Does Not
Investigate and Punish Them
for Numerous Failures in the
Decertified Election

In 2016 M20-20W issued this call in response

to the problematic

Baltimore City 2016 Primary Election:

A CALL TO ACTION

Maryland 20-20 Watch uncovered disturbing information regarding the 2016, Baltimore City Primary election and the certification, decertification, and recertification that the Baltimore City Board of Election performed.  These are our points of concern:

A)  Ballots were accepted after the first certification

Unlawful

B)  A reconciliation was done but not with candidate oversight

Unlawful

C)  An election which was known to be corrupt was recertified

Unlawful

D)  An inadequate survey was done instead of a thorough

investigation to find out why polling sites mishandled ballots

Unethical

E) The Governor has indicated that elections in Maryland

    are not his responsibility

Untrue

M20-20W sent the letters linked below to Governor Hogan.  We ask that you read them and forward them to all the people you know in and out of Maryland.  They call for the Governor to do his job and conduct a thorough and open investigation into these matters.

Thank you.
