SOME INTERESTING ASSERTIONS over "blank ballots & their processing" in Maryland have risen from the most recent "REFILING" of the Federal RICO lawsuit to which Maryland 20-20 Watch is a Plaintiff; wherein, our groundbreaking research about Zuckbucks/CTCL grant money formed the initial foundation for the original RICO case filing.

⚠️ (I HAVE 8 PAGES OF NOTES ACCOMPANYING THIS 'REFILING' that I won't bore you with here.....but FOR THE RECORD, my overarching view is that this 'case' will be summarily DISMISSED, mainly because of the massive amount of irrelevant commentary in the Court filing by the attorney about the "BIG STEAL" NOT related or associated with the research and findings provided by Maryland 20-20 Watch)‼️

*️⃣ As an added footnote (sorry for poor quality as it's taken directly from the case 'refiling'), the attached information is only an accounting of the identified "blank ballots" that went through the ES&S optical scanners.....
❌ THIS CAN BE ATTRIBUTED to a setting on the scanners to "always accept" ballots even when the ballots are deficient or have mistakes. The standard "after-the-fact" process requires these ballots to be adjudicated (cured) through a review by humans during canvassing NOT in the presence of the voter, that's NOT to say they are/were or will be reconciled....it also is NOT unimpeachable proof of fraud or disenfranchisement of any voter ....... But it is an example of a glitch in the voting process that's wide open for mishandling; in short, rendering the results NOT TRUSTWORTHY ‼️
✅ THIS IS AN AREA THAT REQUIRES CLOSER SCRUTINY & possibly the need to use a different setting available on every scanner that flashes on the screen in front of the voter when scanning that there IS A RECOGNIZED PROBLEM WITH THAT INDIVIDUAL BALLOT. When this happens (in realtime), the process allows for a "revote", requiring the spoiling of that ballot and on-the-spot "curing" of the ballot by the voter.
WHAT THE ATTACHMENTS CLAIM:
🔷Prince George's County in 2020 shows 16,684 blank ballots were cast....
🔷Statewide in 2020 = 98,095 & in 2022 = 82,356......
