Clay has 20 years of experience in cyber security, information assurance. He has performed and led teams in Vulnerability Management, Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) and system accreditation. He has supported both

🚨NOW THAT ITS 2026, let me remind you that I DOCUMENTED the very same thing in 2016 during my campaign to replace ELIJAH CUMMINGS (D-MD) in US House of Representatives.

It lead to me challenging the election results, then what followed was my State & Federal lawsuits.

✔️ My evidence was NEVER ADJUDICATED OR DEBUNKED.....but it did cause the 2016 Baltimore Primary Election results to be DECERTIFIED. A bogus "recount" ensued then after that without "recounting" a single ballot, the results were "recertified"...... Let me spell it out for you:

I immediately created a state-level "committee" to investigate the Maryland election process.

While it was officially established and sanctioned by the Maryland State Republican Party, it was operated as a nonpartisan research investigative group tasked with delivering a published REPORT with our FINDINGS & RECOMMENDATIONS after a year long public inquiry.

Included in the publication was the EVIDENCE of election vote results DECREASING.....IN REAL-TIME‼️
